Refund Policy for Arch Jiujitsu AJJ

Effective Date: 9th May 2026

1. Membership Fees

Non-Refundable Policy: All membership fees are non-refundable once paid. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships.

2. Class Packages and Personal Training Sessions

Non-Refundable Policy: Payments for class packages and personal training sessions are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Members may reschedule classes or personal training sessions by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

3. Merchandise

Return and Exchange: Merchandise purchased from Arch Jiujitsu can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as apparel may not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Medical Conditions: In cases where a member is unable to continue participation due to a medical condition, a prorated refund may be considered upon submission of a valid medical certificate.
Gym Closure: If the gym is required to close for an extended period due to unforeseen circumstances, members will be offered options such as membership extension or partial refunds, as deemed appropriate by AJJ.
